CLOSE SIRCUIT VACUUM BLASTING MACHINES :
In these machines, abrasive blasting and abrasive recovery is simultaneous. The spent abrasive is confined in a small vicinity on the job itself and the same is pneumatically sucked and fed to abrasive storage for re-cycling.
Pneumatic suction of abrasive is affected by suction caused either with the help of compressed air or by vacuum pump or by electric motor drive blower. Various models are available to suit individual application.
SAILENT FEATURES :
1. PORTABLE : Mounted on castors. Equipment can be carried onsite / near to the job as required.
2. IN SITU BLASTING : Large sized components can be blasted in situ. Do not require Blast Room. Localized blasting at a particular location is possible for in plant maintenance.
3. HIGHLY EFFECTIVE : Work on the direct pressure principle of abrasive blasting. Thus abrasive are propelled at a high force against the work surface, thus increasing the blasting output. Heavy scales are contaminations are easily removed.
4. UNIFORM CLEANING AND FINISHING : Maintains consistency in cleaning and finishing. Abrasive is cleaned from dust and debris inline in the reclaimer before being fed to the blast gun for recycling.
5. REUSE OF ABRASIVE : Metallic abrasive like C.I. Grit and Steel Grit / Shots are recycled and reused continuously. The media recycling is thus automatic.
6. REMOTE CONTROL : Machine ON / OFF control is located at the blast gun for the ease of operator.
7. SAFE OPEARTION : No risk of flying abrasive and dust. Equipment operation is safe.
8. ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY : Dust and Debris are collected in the dust collector. Exhaust air to the atmosphere is clean and environment friendly.
